The ultimate in agitation performance, this unique system is designed for liquid draw-down processes or processes requiring agitation at various liquid levels. The ARI system is comprised of a liquid-level sensor, an AC inverter and a high-efficiency ARI agitator that automatically adjusts for changing liquid levels. As the liquid level decreases, the rate of revolutions decreases, keeping the level of mixing intensity uniform throughout the entire batch. Creation of vortices, splashing and air entrainment are eliminated. With the unbalanced forces removed, wear on the agitator drive system is greatly reduced, multiple impellers are no longer required, and shear levels are constant. The need and cost for oversized shafts and impeller blades is eliminated. Precise control of agitation ensures a consistently better product, processed in less time.
